Frequently Asked Questions
Is a down payment required?
Yes, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit, due within 2 weeks from receipt of our contract, to reserve the special day for you! The remaining balance will be due either on or before the day of the event.
What type of music do you play?
We typically play classical or pop music arranged for flute, violin, and cello. We also have some Celtic/Irish and Frank Sinatra selections.
Can we choose music for the ceremony or special event?
We will accommodate your wishes as best we can. If we do not own the music, there may be additional charges to purchase for you (typically $5-15 per song). We can arrange piano scores for our ensemble at an additional $50 per piece.
Will you play outside?
We will play outside, weather permitting. We will not play in the rain, extreme heat, cold, or windy conditions, which would damage our instruments, but we can play under a tent.
Do you provide sound amplification?
We do not provide our own amplification. It is usually not needed. However, if the event is outdoors, or in a crowded or noisy area, you may want to ask the facility or venue ahead of time to provide amplification.
Do you come to the dress rehearsal for weddings?
We usually do not come to dress rehearsals. Additional fees would apply. We do require a contact person who can meet with us prior to the wedding for any last-minute details.
