Yes, we require a $150 non-refundable deposit, due within 2 weeks from receipt of our contract, to reserve the special day for you! The remaining balance will be due either on or before the day of the event.
Additional mileage will be charged for events more than 30 miles outside of the Twin Cities or Brainerd Lakes area (at the current government rate per mile). For further questions on ensembles and/or pricing, please contact us.
Can we choose music for the ceremony or special event?
We will accommodate your wishes as best we can. If we do not own the music, there may be additional charges to purchase for you (typically $5-15 per song). We can arrange piano scores for our ensemble at an additional $50 per piece.
We do not provide our own amplification. It is usually not needed. However, if the event is outdoors, or in a crowded or noisy area, you may want to ask the facility or venue ahead of time to provide amplification.
